We are a family run beef operation in Central Missouri. Mike began showing cattle
while in 4-H as a youth and has built his herd from there. What began as a primarily
Chi based herd has now evolved into a diversified operation. We run Chi, Maine,
and Simmi-Angus cows and Simmental, Angus and Maine bulls. We AI extensively for
our spring calves (between 50 and 75 a year) and sell the best of the calves as show
prospects.
Our sons, Chris and Jesse, are a vital part of our operation. Not only do they provide
a great deal of day-to-day labor, they also provide a lot of our show day services.
We are proud to announce that Jesse was named the MO State Fair Supreme Showman
for the Beef Division in 2011!
We focus a great deal of our energy on customer service. We do our best to assist
our customers with feed rations, clipping and fitting assistance and showmanship
tips.
